Smoked Homemade Burgers Recipe

Delicious recipe for Homemade Smoked Burgers. Good thing is you can make it just the way you like it.

Ingredients

2 Lbs lean ground beef

3-4 Strips bacon - chopped

¼ Onion - chopped

3 Green onions, chopped

1 Egg

1 Tsp garlic powder

½ Tsp cayenne

Salt & pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients until well mixed

Form into 8-10 patties, press firmly together

Smoke burgers with Bradley Oak bisquettes at 200°F until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached

Build your burgers your way and enjoy!
