Smoked Sloppy Joes Recipe

Smoked Sloppy Joes are simple sandwiches that are a comfort food favorite. Smoking the ground beef and adding a basic sauce makes this simple dish even more tasty!

Ingredients

1 Lb ground beef

1 Tbsp tomato paste

½ Onion - chopped

3 Cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp oil

1 Cup canned tomatoes

¼ Cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp Dijon

1 Tbsp Worcestershire

1 Tsp cayenne

Salt & pepper to taste

4 Buns

Bradley Flavor Bisquettes – Mesquite

Preparation

Heat oil in a cast iron pan.

Sauté onions, garlic and ground beef until beef is browned.

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Preheat the smoker to 200°F-250°F with Mesquite Bisquettes and place a cast iron pan in the smoker.

Smoke for 1 ½ – 2 hours and serve hot on your favorite buns.
