Ingredients

1 Tbsp coarse salt

1 Tbsp coarse pepper

1 Tbsp onion powder

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tsp cumin

1 Tsp paprika

1 Tsp ground pepper

1 Can of beer

Preparation

Preheat your Bradley P-10 smoker for a cook temp of 240ºF (115ºC), time for 4 hours, and smoke time for 2 hours.

Put your spices together and use that as a rub to slather all over the chicken.

Place your beer in a saucepan and boil it and once it's done boiling for 5 minutes, pour it back in the beer can.

Place your chicken on the beer can so the chicken is standing upright, make sure you don't push the chicken all the way down.

Place your chicken into your smoker and smoke till the internal temperature reaches 175ºF (79ºC).

Once your chicken is done smoking for 4 hours bring it out, cut through it and enjoy!
