Smoked Chili Chicken Bites Recipe
Chili chicken is a very popular dish and has a variety of preparations. This version features the perfect balance between sweet and spicy seasonings. Follow the instructions and learn how to make it in a few steps. For the smoking, we used hickory wood and it worked just fine.
Ingredients
4-5 chicken breasts
For rub:
¼ Cup brown sugar
1½ Tbsp kosher salt
½ Tbsp paprika
1 Tsp cayenne pepper
½ Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp chili flakes
Bradley Flavor Bisquettes - Hickory
Preparation
Preheat smoker to 225°F with Hickory Bisquettes.
Cube chicken breast.
Mix together ingredients for rub.
Toss chicken in rub and place in aluminum baking trays.
Smoke for 1-2 hours (depending on the size of the cubed chicken) until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
