Smoked Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Set your smoker at 275ºF (135°C) and smoked for 2:30 hours. The #bradleysmoker allows you to set your smoke time and heat separately. I smoked them until I saw plenty of pull back on the bone. Sauce them up at the end before removing them and add Bbq sauce to give them a nice shine.

Ingredients

2 Slabs of baby back ribs

Apple bisquettes

Mustard

Seasoning mix

Seasoning:

1 Cup turbinado sugar

1 Tbsp smoked paprika

2 Tbsp coarse salt

1 Tbsp black pepper

1 Tsp ground turmeric

Preparation

Take the 2 baby back ribs - remove the membrane

Slather some mustard on the entirety of the ribs

Then sprinkle the seasoning mix all over the ribs

Set the smoker at 275ºF (135°C) with apple bisquettes and use BBQ sauce on them near the end of the smoking process

Leave them in there for an additional 10 minutes

Smoked for a total of 3 hours
