The kids got me Bradley smoker Christmas of 2022, the plastic around the control box disintegrate and shorted out. I always kept it in the dry. It made it almost to Christmas 2023. It works great when it works right. Thanks David

I have replaced all wires, the generator, the thermostat, the thermostat plug and I am still getting issues. It smokes ok but shocks me if I touch the cooking grate. These smokers are endless money pits. FYI your (support) also encouraged buying parts that when replaced did nothing. Literally just baiting to spend more money.
United StatesWow. Why didn’t I replace it years ago. After several fixes, I broke down and got a new controller. It was put through a lot of work, and not always the clearest weather. Better than a new machine. The smoke box is already seasoned and the controller is like a new baby. Already smoked a brisket, made 15lbs of sausage, 2x pork butt and we’re keeping on !
