I don't know. My smoker was damaged in shipping and I have not been able to use it. I have been sending emails for a week now to support@Bradleysmoker.com like it says but nobody ever gets back to me? I know it's not your fault but some support would sure be nice!! Order #BSUS22916 Rick 714-465-8046 watertruckrick@yahoo.com I did use the thermometer with a traeger I borrowed since my Bradley arrived damaged and I can't seem to get any support on that. It kept the temperature fine but won't turn off? Am I supposed to take the battery out each time or just put a new one in? Then why does it have an on/off button? Am I doing it wrong?
