Dissapointed
After installing heating element smoker still does not heat up. Replaced original heating element about 2 years ago. That element didn't last and this one doesn't work at all.

I replaced the smoke box and heating element after 4 years of use and everything works as good or better than the original.

The box for the heating element was already open. When we took old element off, the connecting parts were too corroded to repair. Stuck with element & 2 boxes of brisquettes. We really loved the smoker. This is our 2nd but don't last long enough.
