Bradley Smoker Generator With Adaptor consisting of two parts (Smoke Generator and Adaptor). A highly versatile unit allows you to re-purpose almost any small structure and create your own customized smokehouse.
The Smoke Generator is identical to the generator on the Bradley Original Smoker. With fully automatic smoke you can turn it on, load it with nine hours of Bradley Flavor Bisquettes.
In addition this unit is easily attachable to your structure of choice to create your very own smoker. The side panel is removable, in conclusion makes for ease of cleaning and preventative maintenance.
A blueprint to build your own smokehouse is included with the unit.

I have a new smoke generator. It’s awesome at providing lots of smoke! The drawback is it uses wood pucks fast and furiously. I smoke salmon yesterday. 7 hours, used a full case if bisquettes minus 4 left over . Be ready yo buy lots of bisquettes. They work but are spendy and used up quickly.

The feed mechanism did not function correctly when I unpacked and tested the unit. I was told their warranty did not allow the product to be returned. Bradley would send parts and instructions for me to repair the unit. When something is purchased there is an expectation that the product will operate properly or be replaced by the manufacturer. Requiring the customer to replace defective parts on a new unit allows Bradley to make their manufacturing failures the customers problem. Prospective customers should consider alternative brands.

Once installed works great made a roll in smoker that will have all the bells and whistles that I want. Smoke generator hot and cold smoke, steamer as well as circulation fan. Roll in rack system digital temp gauge. This is a great add on to the home built smoker.
